The Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible for the operations of secure cloud infrastructure, platforms, and software. This will include Preparing build features and services for deployment into the client's AWS Cloud. Exposure to iterative/agile development methodologies and experience of enabling team delivery through technology. Provide support and advice to operations infrastructure teams to enable knowledge transfer and allow them to assist in operation and problem resolution. About the business area

You’ll cover a wide range of AWS services and study best practices for monitoring and managing AWS resources using management console and CLI. You’ll also learn how to design multiple network solutions comprising of multi-regional connectivity options as well as help design hybrid cloud network models. As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will further incorporate security services and components to ensure robust networks. You’ll also undergo extensive consultancy skills training, so you have the skills and confidence to present your solutions to clients. As part of Northrop Grumman's EMEA IT Solutions team working within the Infrastructure team, this role will be a pinnacle part of supporting and developing the EMEA AWS infrastructure and service offering. The future growth of this role will encompass the development of an Azure and/or other cloud solutions.
